Shipping & Returns

Shipping

Most orders ship on the same business day or the next business day. Some orders ship directly from the manufacturer, and these may take an additional 1-2 days to process, depending on the manufacturer. Contact us to confirm ship times.

We currently offer FREE 2-day shipping on all orders over $50 to the contiguous 48 states in the USA.

Flat rate shipping of $7.95 USD for orders under $50 within the contiguous 48 states.

Overnight shipping rates available at checkout. 

Shipping for orders to states or US territories outside of the contiguous 48 states will be calculated at checkout.

Order Confirmation

After you place your order, we’ll immediately send you a confirmation email. When we receive your order, we’ll reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and ready to ship. We do our best to keep our website up-to-date with inventory and stock levels, but sometimes we don’t have the latest info from our suppliers. If your item is on backorder or otherwise unavailable, we’ll contact you and let you know when your order will ship or give you the option to cancel it. We’ll then ship your order as soon as possible.

Order Shipment

Your order will ship within the lead time posted on each product page. The lead time varies depending on the supplier. We will email you a tracking number within 1 business day of your order leaving the warehouse. If you do not receive tracking information within 3 days of the lead time posted on the product page, please contact us at info@secondreef.co.

Most orders will ship via FedEx or UPS. Larger items may be shipped by FedEx Ground, FedEx Home Delivery, UPS Ground, or Truck Freight. Some items may only be eligible for shipment to commercial addresses. Truck Freight items and other restrictions or requirements will be stated on the product page. Some orders may require 2-6 weeks to ship if they are made-to-order, backordered, or in other special cases.

Some large or heavy items require additional shipping and handling charges. If an item requires additional shipping and handling charges, we will mark this on the product page.

Free shipping applies to orders totaling over $99 shipped to a final destination within the contiguous 48 states of the USA. Certain items do not qualify for free shipping regardless of order total.

Delivery to rural or extended areas, special order, and Truck Freight shipments may take additional days to arrive.

Second Reef reserves the right to modify our shipping rates and policies at any time.

International Orders

Military APO/FPO shipments will be sent by USPS Priority Mail as long as the package(s) meet postal requirements. We will contact you with final postal charges if necessary.

International orders (except Canada) require special processing. When you place an international order, we will get a shipping quote from one of our international shipping carriers and contact you with the shipping quote for approval. The order will not be shipped or charged unless it is confirmed by you. You (the customer) will be responsible for any applicable taxes and/or duties.

Canadian Orders

We do not ship directly to Canada, but we can use a freight forwarded of your choice. We recommend you first contact the desired freight forwarder to obtain their shipping and receiving instructions. You will be responsible for all duties and tariffs on Canadian shipments, along with coordinating with the freight forwarder for delivery to your final destination. Please enter the address of your US-based freight forwarder as your shipping address at checkout. Feel free to contact us with any questions.

Damages

All shipments should be inspected immediately upon delivery. If your package is damaged, please refuse delivery. Any damage should be noted on the freight bill when signing for delivery. If your product is defective or sustains damage during shipping, please contact us at info@secondreef.co right away. Keep all original packaging for any items that need to be returned. All returns must be authorized by our customer service department prior to being processed or shipped back to us.

If an order delivered by Truck Freight arrives damaged, please contact the freight carrier at the phone number on the carrier’s bill. After contacting the carrier, please contact Second Reef at (904) 206-8043 for further assistance with the damaged shipment.

Please note: Signing for your delivery without noting any damages or inability to inspect the delivery on relevant paperwork legally states that you have received your freight in good condition and Second Reef cannot be held liable for damages, missing pieces, etc. Leaving a note or instructions for the driver is considered to be the same as signing for your products in good condition. If you authorize the freight company to leave freight without a signature, Second Reef cannot be held liable for any damages, missing pieces, etc. If you choose to sign for a visibly damaged package, please note on the relevant paperwork that you are signing for a damaged package, but note that Second Reef cannot be held liable for any damages or missing pieces if you have signed for a delivery.

Cancellations

To cancel an order, reply to the confirmation email you received when you placed your order. Just let us know the reason for your cancellation and we will process it as soon as possible. If your order has already been shipped when we receive your cancellation request, you will be responsible for return shipping charges.

Returns and Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the payment method you used when placing your order.

To return an item, send an email to info@secondreef.co. Please include your full name and order number in your email.

Returns must be requested within 30 days of the receipt of your product(s). The product must be returned unopened in the original packaging. We do not accept returns of used products.

Please note that you must contact us to process and approve your return before shipping it back to us. If you attempt to send the item back without a return authorization, it will be refused. Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling costs of returning an item.

Refunds are subject to a 5% restocking fee to cover the non-refundable credit card processing fees we incur and the administration required.
